Gressan is located in the plain of Aosta. The large communal territory is extended between immense orchards. It includes also the large tourist goal of Pila.
Gressan was inhabits from Roman. An example is the Romanesque church of Saint Marie Madeleine de Villa that is one of the most important structures of the Valley. And also, the Casaforte of the Cour, the Casaforte of the Ru, the Castle of the Tour de Villa and the Church of Saint Jean de Chevrot.
Also the events and the shows are moments of found tradition to Bresson; an example is the apple-harvesting every first Sunday of October where comes organising a competition.
