The mansion is full of history and charme, it belonged from the early XXth century
to the actor Franco Scandurra.
In this apartment have been hosted people of international fame, as the writer Luigi
Pirandello, and unforgettable actors as Antonio De Curtis, best known as 'Totò',
Alberto Sordi and the charming Eleonora Duse, close friends of the artist Scandurra.
The house is just in front of the fifhteenth-century Medici Riccardi Palace, an
important example of the Florentine architecture from the Renaissance, built between
the 1444 and the 1459.
Our bed and breakfast Cavour 10 B&B is located in the historical center of florence,
in Tuscany.
The comfort of our bed&breakfast or town house suite is better than the comfort
offered by an hotel or inn, being the place quiet and relaxing.
Our B&B has 3 double-bedrooms with private bath en-suite. These 3 rooms are
called"PRINCIPE DE CURTIS", "ELEONORA DUSE" and "LUIGI PIRANDELLO".
The rooms, with a view on Palazzo Medici Riccardi, have beautiful frescoed ceilings
from the XVIII Century and mantain unaltered the charme of Florence. They have been
fournished with an elegant , rich, sober and chic taste.
